Costa Coffee, a leading UK coffee chain, has teamed up with the vegan chef duo BOSH! to introduce two new plant-based items for its summer menu.

The first new addition is the Falafel and Houmous Wrap, featuring spinach and pine kernel falafels paired with spiced chutney, houmous, and pink pickled onions. Additionally, there’s a sweet treat on offer – the spiced Gingernut Loaf Cake, topped with ginger frosting and ginger cookie crumbs.

Costa Coffee has been working with BOSH! for some time, frequently updating their offerings seasonally. Earlier this year, for Veganuary, they launched three products: the Plant-Based Saucy Chicken Fajita Wrap, Caramelised Biscuit Rocky Road, and Double Chocolate Cookie.

Although the fajita wrap is no longer available, several sweet options remain on the menu long-term, along with three other BOSH! items: the Plant-Based Crackin’ Ham & Cheeze Toastie, the Fruity Flapjack, and the Pecan Slice.

Costa also offers additional plant-based options not created by BOSH!, including the Biscoff Cheezecake and Fruited Teacake. The chain has been enhancing its vegan-friendly beverage offerings as well, providing dairy-free whipped cream and a variety of milk alternatives.

These new menu items are now available at 2,600 Costa locations across the UK.
